Albert Sou

Albert Sou, MPA, is a seasoned professional in public administration and economic development, currently serving as the Administrative Services Manager at the County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer and Business Affairs since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Analyst with the Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity and a Development Specialist at the Los Angeles County Development Authority. Albert began a career in public service with internships at the City of La Cañada Flintridge and the City of Long Beach, both in 2020, and served as a Community and Organization Developer with the Peace Corps from 2015 to 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Local Government from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego.
