Brisa S. Horvath

Brisa S. Horvath has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations within various branches of the Los Angeles County government. Currently serving as a Departmental Human Resources Manager I and previously as a Departmental Employee Relations Manager and Management Analyst at the County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer and Business Affairs since August 2018, Brisa brings a wealth of expertise in HR operations. Prior roles include Human Resources Operations Specialist at the Los Angeles County Department of County Counsel from January 2015 to August 2018, and involvement in staff development and training programs at the Los Angeles County Registrar Recorder County from October 1999 to January 2015.
