Dushyant Bala

Dushyant Bala serves as Administrative Services Manager II at the County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer and Business Affairs since January 2021. Previously, Dushyant held the position of Contracts Manager at the County of Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk from December 2014 to January 2021 and worked as Budget and HR Manager for the Arts Commission at the County of Los Angeles from May 2009 to December 2014. Dushyant holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Administration and Public Policy from California State University, Northridge, achieved between 2009 and 2011.
