Rudy Hernandez

Rudy Hernandez is a seasoned professional in security and law enforcement with extensive experience in various roles, including Special Assistant and Training Manager at the County of Los Angeles Probation Department since September 2020, and Senior Security Advisor at Trinity Executive Solutions since 2014. Expertise spans executive protection, active shooter training, and workplace violence mitigation across multiple industries, including corporate, government, and healthcare. Currently serving as Vice President of both Mariposa Alliance and the Los Angeles Reserve Probation Officer Foundation, Rudy also has a background in education as an adjunct Criminal Justice instructor at UEI College. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Off Duty Officers, Inc., Campus Safety Supervisor at Marymount California University, and Security Supervisor at Pinkerton. Rudy holds multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support and First Aid/CPR, and has contributed to community service through various initiatives aimed at supporting at-risk youth.
