Thuy Huynh

Thuy Huynh currently serves as a Commissioner for the Los Angeles City Employees' Retirement System since August 2022 and has been the Chief of Staff & Associate Director for the UCLA Community Programs Office since October 2013. Previously, Thuy Huynh held the position of Director of Programs and Community Engagement at the University of Southern California from August 2011 to August 2013 and was a Fellow in Public Affairs at Coro Southern California from August 2010 to June 2011. Thuy Huynh earned a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Minor in Afro-American Studies from UCLA.
