Christopher Coon is a seasoned public administration professional with extensive experience in local government operations. Currently serving as the Deputy County Administrator for the County of Louisa since January 2022, Christopher previously held the position of Town Manager for the Town of Haymarket from September 2019 to December 2021 and was the Deputy Town Manager and Town Clerk for the Town of Occoquan from February 2016 to September 2019. Christopher's early career includes roles as a Police Officer with the Virginia Division of Capitol Police and a Deputy Sheriff with Henrico County. Christopher holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, both from Virginia Commonwealth University.
