Jane Meadows

Jane Meadows, MS, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Deputy County Administrator and Human Resources Director for the County of Warren, Virginia since October 2021. Previously, Jane held the position of Human Resource Business Partner at Andersen Corporation from April 2018 to October 2021, and served as the Human Resources Director at Planned Companies from December 2011 to December 2017. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at Henrico Health and Rehabilitation Center from July 2009 to December 2011 and Executive Team Leader at Target from November 2002 to August 2008, where responsibilities included managing the hiring process for new store openings. Jane holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University.
