Julia Hayes Vieira

Julia Hayes Vieira is a skilled professional with extensive experience in community development and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Community Development Project Manager for Manatee County Government since November 2022, Julia previously held roles including Planner II and Planner at the City of Manchester, NH, where responsibilities encompassed community development initiatives and lead hazard programs. Additional experience includes positions as a Research Contractor at the New Hampshire Fiscal Policy Institute and Graduate Fellow with the Municipal Management Association of New Hampshire. Julia has also completed internships within various governmental organizations in Brazil. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universidade de Brasília.
