Kevin Hoyt

Kevin Hoyt is a seasoned professional in the transit industry, currently serving as the Transit Division Manager for Manatee County Government since August 2023, focusing on addressing community transit needs. Prior experience includes managerial roles at the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority as the Manager of Scheduling Services from July 2019 to September 2021, and at Pasco County Government as Transportation Operations Manager from June 2016 to June 2019. Kevin previously held the position of Transit Operations Chief at Manatee County Government from April 2013 to May 2016, and served as Facility Manager for the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority from November 2004 to March 2013. Educational background includes studies at the University of South Florida and Nassau Community College.
