Gabby MacAraeg

Gabby Macaraeg is an experienced operations manager currently serving at the County of Maui since June 2020. In addition to this role, Gabby has also been a real estate investor with Blessed Hale since January 2022. Previously, Gabby co-organized Maui Business Brainstormers from November 2020 to September 2022, focusing on providing free business educational events without sales pitches. Gabby's background includes serving as a Health and Safety Officer at Maui Electric Company from October 2017 to October 2018, where responsibility included developing safety programs and investigating incidents. Gabby was also the Safety Director at Haleakala Solar from October 2014 to October 2017, overseeing the Safety and Health Program. Gabby's career began in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Logistics Operations Specialist from April 2004 to September 2011.
