Tom Hatch is an experienced public administrator currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the County of Orange since January 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of City Manager for the City of Costa Mesa from March 2011 to December 2018. Tom obtained a Master's in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton between 1993 and 1995, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution from 1988 to 1990.
