Victoria Lim

Victoria Lim is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in budgeting and fiscal management. Since May 2018, Victoria has held various positions at the County of Orange, currently serving as the County Budget & Finance Office Fiscal Manager, and has previously worked as an Auditor-Controller Fiscal Administrator, Senior Accountant/Auditor, and Accountant/Auditor. Prior experience includes a role as Tax Staff at Moss Adams and a Student Assistant position at California State University, Fullerton, where Victoria completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Victoria is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, expected to graduate in June 2024.
