Kelly Graham

Kelly Graham is currently an ECD Analyst II at the County of San Bernardino Economic Development Agency, specializing in the dispersal of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to low- and moderate-income communities. Previously, Kelly held positions as a Documentation Control Clerk at The Vitec Group plc - Videocom, a Senior Environmental Planner at Jones & Stokes (now ICF International), and a Senior Associate Planner at the San Bernardino County Department of Public Works, focusing on transportation, flood control, and environmental management. Kelly obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University-San Bernardino and has a background in education from California State University, Long Beach, and Riverside Poly High School.
