Eidan K. Shalom

Eidan K. Shalom is a Deputy Public Defender at the San Diego Public Defender since October 2020, previously serving as a Post-Bar Law Clerk. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Attorney at the Criminal Justice Clinic Tulane Law School, Law Clerk at the Capital Post Conviction Project of Louisiana, Legal Intern at the Innocence Project New Orleans, and Law Clerk at the Orleans Public Defenders. Eidan K. Shalom also worked as a Behavioral Tutor at National Behavioral Care and served as a Security Officer at Santa Barbara City College. Prior military service includes an Infantry Soldier in the Golani Brigade of the Israeli Defense Forces, where responsibilities included squad leadership and communication during operations. Eidan K. Shalom holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Tulane University Law School, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Psychology from Santa Barbara City College.
