San Diego Public Defender
Jennifer Stover is a Deputy Public Defender at the San Diego Public Defender's Office since December 2021, following a role as a Graduate Law Clerk in the Central Misdemeanor Unit. Stover has gained extensive experience in criminal law through various positions including Certified Legal Intern at the County of San Diego Office of the Public Defender, Clinical Intern at the California Innocence Project, and Investigations Intern at the San Diego County Public Defender. Prior to their legal career, Stover managed operations at retail establishments and held roles in customer service and sales, showcasing strong communication and management skills. Jennifer Stover earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from California Western School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from San Francisco State University.
