Holly Norton

Holly Norton currently serves as the Group Program Manager for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion at the County of San Diego since May 2017. Previously, Holly held positions such as HR Analyst focused on Talent Development at Clayton Utz, a top independent law firm in Australia, and worked as a Contract Applications Trainer at L7 Solutions, specializing in Microsoft and Adobe training. Holly's background includes serving as Mission Center Financial Officer for Community of Christ: SwIM Center and as Assistant Youth Minister for Community of Christ. Additionally, Holly gained experience as a Trainer at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. An alumna of Graceland University, Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from 2001 to 2005.
