Jennifer Kazmer (Campos) is currently serving as the Chief of Long Range Planning for the County of San Diego since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer acquired extensive experience at RECON Environmental, Inc., holding positions such as Principal, Senior Project Manager, and Environmental Analyst from June 2014 to October 2024. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in International Agricultural Development from the University of California, Davis.
