Kimberly Pauly

Kimberly Pauly, LPCC, LMHC, currently serves as Deputy Director of Department Operations for the County of San Diego and has held various roles including Assistant Medical Services Administrator and Chief of Agency Operations within the Behavioral Health Services sector since August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director of Psychological Health for the U.S. Navy Reserve and as a Deputy Director of Psychological Health within the Psychological Health Outreach Team. Kimberly’s background encompasses roles in behavioral health management and direct service, focusing on improving care delivery and outcomes for children, families, and service members. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
