Michael Grattan

Michael Grattan is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Board Member for the Behavioral Health Advisory Board (BHAB) with the County of San Diego and as a Member of the Veterans Employment Council since September 2018. In addition, Michael operates as a Principal Consultant in Operations and Marketing, providing strategic consultation to various sectors including education and financial services. Michael has held significant positions in higher education, including Academic Operations Project Manager at Alliant International University and Campus Director at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Past roles also include Director of Student Services and Associate Director of Admissions at Trident University International, where oversight of multiple departments was key to enhancing the student experience. Earlier experience includes recruitment and advising roles at Ashford University. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) ABD status in English Language and Literature from UC San Diego, a Master of Arts from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree from the same institution, complemented by a minor in Linguistic Anthropology.
