Whitney Webber

Whitney Webber is a seasoned professional in public health and data analysis, currently serving as a Senior Research and Data Analyst for the County of San Diego since July 2019. In this role, Whitney has excelled in defining and tracking metrics aligned with strategic initiatives, employing Power BI for KPI visualization, and utilizing R for health disparities research. Prior experience includes leading data teams as an Epidemiologist, where significant improvements in COVID-19 data processing were achieved, and serving as an Independent Data Analysis Consultant focusing on children’s health outcomes. Whitney's background also encompasses leadership roles in quality improvement at Magellan Health and the County of Santa Clara Health System, where effective integration of quality improvement methodologies was achieved. Whitney holds a Master of Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
