Selina Toy Lee

Selina Toy Lee is an experienced leader in the field of human services, currently serving as the Director of Program Integrity and Community Services for the Human Services Agency of San Mateo County since September 2013. In this role, Selina established a new Program Integrity Unit focused on Quality Assurance, Special Investigations, Fair Hearings, and Overpayments while overseeing the Community Services, including the County Veterans Services Office and Emergency/Disaster Response for Mass Care and Shelter. Prior to this, Selina held various positions within the same agency, including Director of Collaborative Community Outcomes and Human Services Manager. Selina began the career at the Asian Women's Resource Center as a Family Case Counselor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University, and participation in the Local Governance Summer Institute at Stanford University, along with executive development training at UC Berkeley.
