Eva Avila serves as a Health Educator and Project Coordinator for the Tobacco Prevention Program at Santa Barbara County Public Health Department since April 2016. Prior to this position, Eva was a Child & Family Specialist at Casa Pacifica, where responsibilities included collaborating with various agencies, providing psychoeducation, mentoring children, and ensuring access to support services. Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
