David Strausser

David Strausser has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as Strategic Sourcing Officer at the County of Santa Clara since August 2015, following roles as Buyer III and Buyer II. Prior to this, David worked at Olympus Corporation of the Americas in Regulatory Affairs from July 2008 to July 2015 and as Senior Procurement Officer at Coastal Circuits from June 2004 to July 2008. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from San José State University (2012-2014) and an Associate of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from San Jose City College (2010-2011), along with coursework at Evergreen Valley College (2002-2003).
