Jingna Zhang

Jingna Zhang is an accomplished professional in the field of civil engineering with extensive experience in construction services and project management. Currently serving as the Chief of Construction Services for the County of Santa Clara since May 2013, Jingna has held various positions within the organization. Prior to this role, Jingna worked at Graniterock from November 2005 to May 2013, progressing from Senior Construction Inspector to Project Manager and Project Engineer. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Engineer at the National Center for Asphalt Technology from September 2000 to October 2005. Jingna holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from Tongji University and a Master's degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
