Rose Campbell

Rose Campbell is an experienced IT Project Manager currently overseeing project management at the County of Santa Clara since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rose served as an Information Technology Project Manager at Ripcord and held various project management positions at Hitachi Vantara, where responsibilities included managing the Partner Portal Replacement project and delivering integrations with internal and external applications. Rose also worked as an Information Technology Program Project Manager at Ellie Mae, focusing on onboarding and offboarding processes, and at ServiceNow, enhancing partner development lifecycles. With a solid foundation in leading teams and managing projects across HR, Legal, and Payroll at Hitachi Data Systems, Rose has demonstrated expertise in project initiation, scope definition, and stakeholder communication. Rose holds a MS in Computer Information Systems from Golden Gate University and a BA in Human Resource Management from San Jose State University.
