Tony Filice

Tony Filice has over 20 years of experience in budget and financial management within governmental settings. Currently serving as the Budget and Financial Planning Manager for the County of Santa Clara since January 2007, Tony has also taken on the role of Acting Financial and Administrative Services Manager, overseeing fiscal and administrative functions for the County Executive’s Office. Other notable positions include Program Manager III, focused on the design and construction of a new jail facility and the coordination of jail reform efforts, as well as roles as Principal Budget and Public Policy Analyst and Policy Aide in the County Executive's Office of Budget and Analysis. Prior experience includes serving as a Policy Aide to Councilmember Ken Yeager in San Jose. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University, earned in 2003.
