Nicole Pavlovic

Nicole Pavlovic has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Operations Partner at the County of Simcoe since July 2003, where responsibilities include job evaluation, compensation surveys, and auditing. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Compensation Consultant, focusing on non-union and CUPE job evaluations and performance management programs. From 1993 to 2003, Nicole was employed at Brink's Canada, handling various HR functions such as pension administration, salary administration, recruitment, and health and safety. Nicole holds an education from Sheridan College and has furthered knowledge through World at Work.
