Chris Freeman-Clark, MSW, MPA, LISW-S, has built a comprehensive career in social work and mental health counseling since 1980. Currently serving as a Forensic Monitor and Co-Chair of the SC Hoarding Task Force with the County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board since 2010, Chris also operates a self-employed mental health counseling practice focused on individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. Previous positions include Forensic Social Worker II at Northfield Behavioral Healthcare, supervisor for foster and adoption home studies at Summit County Ohio Children Services, and psychotherapist at Brookland Pastoral Center. Additionally, Chris has held roles in residential rehabilitation program management and outreach social work with the Glenmary Home Missioners. Educational credentials include a Master's in Public Administration from Kent State University and a Master's in Social Work from The Catholic University of America, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Dayton.

County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board

The County of Summit ADM Board is responsible for planning, funding, monitoring and evaluating treatment, prevention and support services for people who experience alcoholism, drug addiction and/or mental illness. The ADM Board does not provide any direct service, but contracts with local agencies to provide quality, affordable services for people at critical times in their lives. The ADM Board system of services provides opportunities for recovery and hope for a better life.
