Nancy Lee Phillips

Nancy Lee Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive support and management. Currently serving as Senior Executive Aide to Supervisor Kelly Long at the County of Ventura since November 2015, Nancy has previously held the position of Executive Director at SAAC Specialty Advertising Association of California, where responsibilities included strategic planning and management of the association's operations. As a Partner at Spindel Farms, Nancy contributed to the development of specialty products, and has a solid background in educational administration as an Executive Assistant to the Superintendent at Pleasant Valley School District. Nancy holds an Associate of Arts degree from Moorpark College and further education from California State University, Northridge.
