Phil Rarick

Phil Rarick is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Administrative Services for the County of Ventura, where responsibilities include managing Human Resources functions such as disability management, recruitments, and personnel forecasting. Previously, Phil held various leadership positions in marketing and business development, including Chief Operating Officer at Marketing Maven and Chief Strategy Officer at Elevar Global, LLC. Phil also has experience in sales and marketing management roles, notably overseeing sales operations at Jabu'she North America. Phil's early career includes positions as an insurance adjuster and insurance professional, where skills in conflict management and customer relations were developed.
