Robert Bianchi

Robert Bianchi is a Board Member at the County of Ventura. Robert previously served as Board Trustee for the Ventura County Employees Retirement Association from March 2016 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing the contract performance of investment management entities, periodic audits, and legally required actuarial reports. Robert was also involved in Board review of Disability Pension requests.

Prior to their role at the Ventura County Employees Retirement Association, Robert served as Immediate Past Chair for the Southeast Ventura County YMCA from January 1993 to July 2019. Robert also served as owner of London Funding Corporation from October 1989 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for residential and commercial real estate financing.

Throughout their career, Robert has been an active community leader. Robert is a member of the Thousand Oaks Business Round Table, Treasurer of Lasting Impressions Wilderness Training, and member of the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club.

Robert completed their Bachelors and Masters of Engineering at the University of Southern California. Robert enjoys their family, world travel, and cycling. World travel has taken him from the United States to Canada, Central America, China, Tibet, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Europe.
