Sandra Ambriz

Sandra Ambriz, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in personnel management and disciplinary processes. Currently serving as Human Resources Operations Manager for the County of Ventura since October 2014, Sandra has previously held positions such as Personnel Management Analyst and Human Resources Analyst III within the same organization, focusing on employee misconduct investigations and disciplinary actions. Prior to this, Sandra worked as Human Resources Manager for The J.M. Smucker Company, where responsibilities included advising leadership on discipline matters and developing policies. Sandra's earlier experience includes roles at FoodBrand LLC, Thomson Inc., and Nestlé, where duties spanned employee benefits administration, handling terminations, and recruitment.
