Amy Evans

Amy Evans is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral health treatment and planning. Currently serving as the Diversion & Reentry Administrator for the County of York, Amy focuses on enhancing access to behavioral health services within the justice system framework. Prior roles include Assistant Director for Forensic Cross System Programs at York County Human Services and Project Director at Community Action for Recovery and Diversion, where Amy coordinated efforts among various agencies to improve treatment accessibility. Amy's earlier experience as a Senior Planner/Criminal Justice Planner with the York County Planning Commission involved strategic planning and community outreach. Additionally, Amy has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Millersville University and as a Community Planner for the State of Tennessee. Education includes a Master of Science in Geography from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
