Ben Simmons

Ben Simmons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer adoption management and procurement. Currently serving as RVP of Customer Adoption Management at Coupa Software, Ben leads strategic teams across Europe and North America, overseeing a significant engagement portfolio. Previous roles at Coupa include Sr. Director and Director of Customer Adoption Management, where Ben successfully expanded teams and developed scalable programs that enhanced customer engagement and retention. Prior to Coupa, Ben held managerial positions at Exelis, where significant contributions included leading the design of a global eProcurement solution and creating a Supplier Diversity Program. Ben's career began in the United States Air Force, where skills in contracts management were developed, achieving notable certifications. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Roanoke College and two associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Contracts Management and Electronics.
