Elise Huggins

Elise Huggins, PHR, is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in benefits management and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits for North America and Latin America at Coupa Software since November 2018, Elise oversees health, wellness, and leave programs while developing strategies that align with organizational goals. Previous roles include Sr. Benefits Manager and People Ops Manager at DCR Workforce, where a focus was placed on creating customer-centric teams and fostering a culture of learning. Additional experience spans operations management at GL Staffing, customer sales and service at Wells Fargo Bank, and retail management at T-Mobile and Claire's Accessories. Elise holds a Human Resource Management certification from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
