Harold Cuppaidge

Harold Cuppaidge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer value management and procurement. As the Director of Customer Value Management at Coupa Software since April 2017, Harold oversees strategic customer relationships in the EMEA services organization, ensuring clients maximize their investment in the company. Prior roles include Senior Customer Value Manager and Engagement Manager at Coupa, and Project Manager at BP, where responsibility encompassed delivering downstream procurement projects.
