Julia Taylor

Julia Taylor currently serves as an Alumnae Leadership Board Member at Marlborough School and as Chief Legal Officer at Coupa Software. Taylor is also an Advisory Board Member for the Smithsonian Institution - National Postal Museum. Previously, Taylor held multiple roles at Eventbrite from December 2009 to May 2025, culminating in the positions of General Counsel & Chief People Officer and Deputy General Counsel, where significant contributions included leading the legal aspects of a $230M Initial Public Offering and providing strategic legal counsel to the executive team. Taylor began her legal career as an Associate, focusing on transactional matters for technology firms. Taylor holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and an A.B. in Public Policy from Brown University.
