Randy Loughridge

Director, User Experience at Coupa Software

Randy Loughridge is currently the Director of User Experience at Coupa Software. Prior to this, they spent two years at LLamasoft, Inc. as the Sr. Director of User Experience. In this role, they were responsible for leading functional requirements gathering, design, validation, front-end development, and product documentation for all new features on the AI-powered llama.ai web platform. Randy also supported several global teams including User Experience, Research, Front-End Development, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Product Documentation. Additionally, they led the design, creation, and implementation of the LLamasoft design language and component library.

Before their time at LLamasoft, Randy spent 18 years at Thomson Reuters in a variety of roles. Randy started as a Technology Director for Onvio Firm Management, Onvio Workpapers & OnBalance before eventually becoming the Director of Software Development for the entire Onvio division. In this role, they oversaw software development for all Onvio products and was responsible for a team of over 100 developers.

Randy Loughridge has a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University and a certification from LinkedIn in Management Foundations: Advanced Applications.

Randy Loughridge reports to Raja Hammoud, EVP, Products. They work with Ryan Manning - Vice President, Product Strategy & Innovation, Vincent Toesca - Senior Vice President, Products, and Fabrice Saporito - Vice President, Product Strategy & Innovation.
