Hyein Jung

Hyein Jung is an experienced professional in content acquisition and marketing, currently serving as a Content Acquisition Specialist at Coupang since September 2020. Prior to this role, Hyein held the position of Partner & Channel Marketing Manager at DongA TV / Polaris TV, where responsibilities included partnership marketing with IPTV platforms in Korea, managing TV channel licenses, and developing new business strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Contents Business Development at Kids1tv/C4U Media, overseeing content acquisition and marketing projects for a children's animation channel, as well as a Marketing Assistant for Cartoon Network, focusing on brand strategy and market research. Hyein holds an MBA from Seoul School of Integrated Sciences & Technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Film from Kyung Hee University.
