Rannie Teodoro

Rannie Teodoro, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Core E-Commerce & Design Foundations at Coupang, where Rannie oversees the execution of UX vision and strategy for the company's shopping experiences and leads the Design Systems and Brand teams. Previously, Rannie held the position of Director, Head of Product Design at Thumbtack, contributing to the growth of the Design organization and collaborating on company vision and OKR planning initiatives. Experience also includes roles as Research Manager at Facebook, where Rannie led research teams for core products and internationalization, and as Adjunct Faculty at Rutgers University, developing curriculum in mediated technologies and strategic communications. Rannie holds a Ph.D. in Communication and a B.A. in Communication & Political Science from Rutgers University.
