Richard Alcazar

Richard Alcazar is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in program and engineering management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager at Coupang since June 2023, Richard previously held the position of Technical Program Manager at Google from June 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing the Google Assistant for Chromecast's Google TV. At TiVo, Richard progressed through various roles from Software Engineer to Director of Engineering over a span of 15 years, leading projects related to Operator Managed AndroidTV STBs and advancing user experience through the development of the TiVo Next Gen UI. Richard holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from San José State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
