Sandeep Karwa

Sandeep Karwa is a distinguished leader currently serving as the Country Head at Coupang since February 2025, overseeing various functions to enhance customer satisfaction in Taiwan. Prior to this role, Sandeep held multiple Vice President positions at Flipkart from January 2019 to February 2025, focusing on scaling customer acquisition and retention for the Ads Platform, as well as leading significant initiatives in Flipkart Quick and Flipkart Wholesale. Additionally, Sandeep contributes to corporate governance as a Director on the Boards of Walmart India Pvt Ltd, Wildcraft India, and Arvind Fashions Limited. Sandeep holds an MBA in Marketing from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Nagpur University.
