Shilpa Vir

Shilpa Vir is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and driving product strategies across several major technology companies. Currently serving as the Group Product Manager for Search & Discovery at Coupang since January 2024, Shilpa also contributes as a Board Member at FabMo, Inc. Prior roles include Product Lead at Google, where responsibilities spanned Google Workspace and Google Ads, and several leadership positions at eBay, Microsoft, HP, and Yahoo Inc. Shilpa's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding and leading Baysoft Inc. as CEO. Educational credentials include a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Santa Clara University and Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, along with a Division Governor role in Public Speaking at Toastmasters International.
