Sunil Phatak

Sunil Phatak is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Coupang, where responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts across the US, Korea, China, and India. With a demonstrated history in global tech recruiting at Uber and extensive experience in talent management roles at organizations such as GE Digital, Google, Akraya Inc, and Mastech, Sunil has successfully delivered large-scale hiring initiatives and driven significant revenue growth. In addition to corporate roles, Sunil contributed as a volunteer with the CVKey Project, a non-profit focused on responsible community reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sunil holds an MBA from UCLA and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from VJTI.
