Terrell Williams

Terrell Williams is an experienced security and loss prevention professional currently serving as Sr. Director and Head of Global Security Operations at Coupang since February 2025. Prior to this role, Terrell held various positions at Amazon from March 2018 to February 2025, including Head of Risk & Resilience for the AMER region and Head of Security & Loss Prevention for North America. Previous experience includes Sr. Regional Director of Asset & Profit Protection at Sears Holdings Corporation and Director of North America Direct Loss Prevention at Nike, where Terrell demonstrated a strong ability to manage extensive loss prevention programs across multiple regions. Terrell began a career in loss prevention at AutoZone, overseeing operations in the Milwaukee Region. Academically, Terrell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Social Justice from Grambling State University and a Master’s degree in the same field from Lewis University.
