Traci Jacobs

Traci Jacobs, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Internal Controls at Coupang since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of SOX and Financial Compliance at Herbalife Nutrition, where Traci managed compliance across five countries, and Director of SOX Advisory at TriNet, overseeing SOX processes for a large Professional Employer Organization. Previous positions at BDO USA, LLP and Kimberly-Clark highlight extensive expertise in risk advisory, operations strategy, and internal auditing, with significant achievements such as identifying $3.3 million in cost savings in security spending and leading large-scale project implementations. Traci holds an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arizona.
