Guillaume Gilquin

Guillaume Gilquin is a highly experienced professional in economic and financial analysis, currently serving as Rapporteur at the Haut Conseil des Finances Publiques at Cour des comptes since December 2022. Prior to this role, Guillaume worked at INSEE in 2022 on the strategy for disseminating statistics, and at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts from 2018 to 2022 as the head of the studies department, managing a team of six. Experience also includes leading thematic economic studies within the French Ministry of Economy and Finance and serving in mission roles at the Federal Ministry of Finance in Germany, including responsibilities for Franco-German economic relationships.
