Andrea Chen currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of Program Management at Cour Pharmaceuticals Development Co., Inc., bringing extensive experience in drug development and leadership. Previous roles include Senior Director of Global Program Management at Amgen and Senior Director of Program & Project Management at Horizon, where notable progression occurred through various leadership positions in project management. Andrea's earlier career includes significant roles at AbbVie as Program Manager and Principal Project Manager, focusing on clinical supplies and multiple company integrations, as well as working at Abbott in clinical supply project management. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Wisconsin and completed an Asset Team Continuous Education program at Kellogg Executive Education.
