Pooja Agashe

Pooja Agashe's work experience includes serving as an Intellectual Property and Business Analyst at Cour Pharmaceuticals Development Company, Inc. starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where they held roles as a Research Assistant from August 2015 to March 2022 and as a Commercialization Analyst at the Office of Technology Management from May 2020 to May 2021. Earlier in their career, Pooja worked at Oxford Gene Technology as an R&D Scientist from April 2012 to May 2015 and as a Cell Culture Technician from February 2010 to April 2012.

Pooja Agashe pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Microbiology from Fergusson College, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008. Following that, they proceeded to complete their Master's Degree in Bioscience Technology at the University of York from 2008 to 2009. Finally, they recently obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they pursued from 2015 to 2021.
