Martha Girton

Martha Girton is currently the Director of Investor Relations & Reporting at Courage Capital. Prior to this, they served as the CFO for CivicHealth, Inc. from October 2014 to August 2016. CivicHealth is a healthcare technology company that provides solutions for connectivity and collaboration between multiple providers, healthcare networks, and human services organizations.

Before their work at CivicHealth, Martha was self-employed as an independent consultant from January 2003 to August 2019. During this time, they provided tax consulting services to various businesses and individuals.

From January 2000 to December 2003, Martha worked as a Tax Manager for LifePoint Hospitals. In this role, they were responsible for managing the hospital's tax compliance and tax planning.

Prior to their work at LifePoint Hospitals, Martha was a Tax Manager at HCA from January 1990 to December 2000. In this role, they managed the tax compliance and tax planning for HCA's hospitals and health care facilities.

Martha Girton studied accounting at Belmont University and earned their BBA.
